In the morning of day 2 after breakfast, you will be taken to the eastern and western temple groups of Khajuraho for sightseeing. The Chausat Yogini, Vishwanath Temple, Kandariya Mahadeo, Lakshmana Temple and Chitragupta Temple all are situated in this western group. The eastern group temples are mostly the ‘Brahma Temple’ that has a ‘four-faced lingam’, the ‘Javari Temple’ that has lavish and ornate carvings and gateways and the ‘Vamana Temple’ that has ‘apsaras’ embellished in the walls.
You can go back to the hotel after the sightseeing and get ready for the evening dance festival.
