Days Itinerary
- Ameera Holidays provides a complimentary stay on the date of arrival, with dinner & Breakfast the next morning.
- Passengers are picked up from Dehradun Airport/railway station/bus stand. Please note, arrival details must be provided to Ameera Holidays at the time of booking.
- Passengers should try to reach Dehradun by 02:00 pm (check-in time), so that they are completely ready to start their Chardham journey the next day early morning.
- In the evening, our team will conduct a detailed tour briefing for all passengers and provide complimentary duffle bags for carrying only essential items during the trip. A baggage allowance of up to 5 kg per person will be permitted, subject to adjustment based on the total body weight of the group, including passengers traveling on a sharing basis.
(SAHASTRADHARA TO KHARSALI)

- This marks the beginning of the Chardham Yatra. Passengers will check out from the hotel at the designated time, and our staff will pick them up and transport them to Sahastradhara Helidrome. Waiting time at Sahastradhara helipad is around 1-2 hours for pre-flight formalities and Security checks.
- Our ground team will warmly welcome the passengers and assist them in settling into the waiting lounge. There, they will receive a pre-flight briefing before being boarded onto the aircraft.
- Upon arrival in Kharsali, passengers will be accommodated in hotels, and subsequently, they will be guided for the Darshan at Yamunotri with the convenience of a palanquin / Palki. (Hotel at Kharsali is very basic category but we have arranged all basic necessities to ensure utmost comfort of all travelers)
- In the evening, passengers will be taken to Yamuna Mata Temple & Shani Temple for local sight seeing by walk only.
(KHARSALI TO HARSIL)
Hotel – Harshil Residency / Harshil Cottages / Similar

- Passengers are expected to check out from their hotel in Kharsali. The flying time from Kharsali to Harsil / Jhalla is 30min.
- Harsil, our second tour destination, is renowned for its vast apple orchards, making it the most picturesque and beautiful stop on our journey.
- After breakfast or lunch, depending on the temple’s crowd, passengers will be guided for the Darshan at Gangotri Dham.
- The estimated duration for the Gangotri Temple Darshan is around 3 hours and 30 minutes for the round trip. The road distance to the Gangotri temple is approximately 25 km, translating to about a 50-minute drive.
- Following the darshans, passengers will embark on a local sightseeing tour to explore the Bagori Village on foot.
(HARSIL TO SERSI TO KEDARNATH)

- Passengers are scheduled to check out from their hotel in Harsil, and then will arrival at Sersi / Phata / Guptkashi at our helipad and from there, guests will be ferried by road in a car to the shuttle helipad.
- Passengers will be ferried to Kedarnath from Sersi / Phata / Guptkashi shuttle helipad in helicopter shuttle. Due to high-altitude operating conditions and the aircraft’s weight limitations, there may be a waiting period of approximately 1–2 hours at the shuttle helipad. Guests may also be accommodated on different shuttle flights as required to ensure safe weight distribution and optimal aircraft performance.
- From Kedarnath helipad, Passengers will have to walk till the temple and will be assisted by our handlers for VIP darshans.
- TIt takes approximately 02 hours for Darshans & Helicopter shuttle takes around 7 minutes one way.
- After darshan, passengers will be ferried back to Guptkashi / Sersi / Phatta and will be transferred by road to their hotel in Guptkashi. And in evening we will take the guests for local sight seeing to Jamu Temple in Phata or Kali Temple in Guptakashi
(SERSI TO BADRINATH)

- Passengers will check-out from Guptkashi hotel and will be transferred to Sersi / Phatta / Guptkashi by Road and then will take a helicopter ride to Badrinath
- After Landing at Badrinath, passengers will be checked-in to their hotel
- Post-Breakfast, passengers will be taken for VIP darshan to Badrinath Ji with the assistance of our handlers.
- After Darshans, passengers will be provided with good lunch in the hotel restaurant and post lunch they’ll be taken to Manna Gaaon for Local Sight-Seeing tour by Road. (3km by car & approx. 4km sight seeing tour on foot)
- In evening, Passengers can Experience Shayan Aarti on chargeable basis at Badrinath Ji.
In morning, Passengers will checkout from the hotel and will be ferried in the helicopter back to Dehradun.

Terms, Conditions & Guidelines
FIXED FLIGHT TIMINGS
This helicopter tour operates with fixed daily departure times for each destination. Passengers are required to adhere to the scheduled Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) for each day of the tour. Failure to do so will result in being marked as a NO-SHOW.
HELICOPTER WEIGHT LIMITATIONS
The helicopter has a maximum weight capacity of 450 kg, excluding baggage weight. Passenger boarding depends on load and temperature conditions, with the pilot’s decision being final. The total weight of all passengers on board must not exceed this limit. Therefore, passengers are requested to provide their exact weights at the time of booking.
PASSENGER WEIGHTS
Passengers are required to accurately provide their weights at the time of booking. In the event of any weight discrepancy discovered during travel that exceeds our aircraft’s weight capacity of 450 kg, affected passenger(s) will be de-boarded and the Heli-tour will be canceled them and without any refund.
OVERWEIGHT CHARGES : ON PER SEAT BASIS ONLY
Excess weight charges for the Chardham helicopter tour are set at INR 2500 per kilogram, applicable to passengers whose weight exceeds 70 kg.
Moreover, if there is any variance in the passengers &; weights, subject to charges based on the overweight criteria, the corresponding amount will be collected at the hotel before the day of flight boarding.
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE
Each passenger is allowed only one piece of baggage, weighing a maximum of 2-5 kgs. Helicopter travel does not permit suitcases or other traditional luggage bags. To address this, our staff provides duffle bags to all passengers upon arrival. The allowance for baggage weight is based on the total body weight of the group. If the combined body weight of the group exceeds the allowable limit of 450 kg, additional charges will apply for transporting the excess luggage by road, and this cost will be shared among all passengers in that chopper.
Due to the constrained weight capacity of our helicopters, we retain the right to rearrange passengers among helicopters to ensure the optimal weight for safe flying in mountainous terrain. Consequently, passengers traveling together may not necessarily be accommodated in the same helicopter flight.
ARRIVAL DATE
Our Chardham 4N5D Heli-tours are reserved on specific departure dates. Passengers are required to reach Dehradun one day prior to the departure date. The complimentary night stay in Dehradun on the arrival date extends our package to a 5-night/6-day tour. The actual helicopter flying activities commence from day 02 of the tour.
SEATING CAPACITY
Our helicopters have a maximum seating capacity of 06 passengers, accompanied by 01 crew member.
INFANT
Infants below 2 years weighing up to 12 kg are accommodated free of charge. To verify the age of the child, we will check the child’s ID proof or birth certificate.
BAD WEATHER AND FORCE MAJEURE DISCLAIMER
Helicopter flights in hilly terrain are contingent upon unpredictable factors such as adverse weather conditions and various Force Majeure events. These include delayed Air Traffic Clearances/Permissions, VVIP movements, valley flying by the Indian Air Force (NOTAM), sudden technical issues in the aircraft, illness of the flying crew, or delayed reporting of passengers at the helipads, among other unforeseen circumstances. Passengers are advised to be ready to encounter any unexpected events and inconveniences that may arise in such situations.

Add On Services
Maha-Abhishek Puja or Shayan Aarti at Badrinath Ji
To facilitate the necessary arrangements and pre-book the Puja for each passenger, the full payment must be made in cash to a representative from Ameera Holidays at Badrinath.
- An additional **₹1000** will be charged for transportation related to any special pooja.
- Please be aware that the **Maha Abhishek Puja** is not included in our package or billing cost. The total fee for this Puja is payable directly to the Badrinath Ji Mandir Samiti.
Confirmation is based on availability upon your arrival at Badrinath.

Payment Instructions
Full payment must be made in cash to a representative of Ameera Holidays at Kedarnath Top. This payment is crucial for us to facilitate and pre-book the Puja on behalf of each passenger.
Accommodation and Additional Charges
Arrangements for the Rudra Abhishek Puja depend on the availability of accommodations at Kedarnath Top, as passengers may need to stay overnight for the ceremony. Therefore, additional charges for hotel accommodations will apply.
Please be aware that the Rudra Abhishek Puja is not included in our package pricing, as the total cost for the Puja is payable directly to the Kedarnath Ji Mandir Samiti.
Disclaimer
Accommodations at Kedarnath Top are classified as budget options, and guests may occasionally experience dissatisfaction with hotel services and room conditions. Additionally, temperatures and oxygen levels at Kedarnath Top can drop to sub-zero at night during September and October. Hence, passengers are encouraged to make informed decisions considering these factors. Ameera Holidayswill not be held responsible for any incidents involving guests staying at Kedarnath Top.

Should you require an extra night stay in Dehradun, our team is ready to handle your hotel reservations. It’s worth noting that we secure hotels at the most competitive rates available.
- The confirmation for above services is to be given in advance by clients, at the time of booking of Heli Tour.
- Airport transfers will be provided only on the arrival day at Dehradun, and on the last day, i.e., 6th day of the tour.
- Any donations, tips, pitthu, palki/pony and porter charges shall be borne by the passengers.
- AADHAR Card copies are to be shared by all Indian passengers, & passport in case of foreign nationals.
- Network connectivity at Harsil & Badrinath is very poor. BSNL & Jio are the main telecom services, that work in these regions mostly, but not always. However, our staff shall be with the passengers for assistance at all times.
- All temples in Chardham sector are located at high altitude, therefore passengers are advised to carry medication during travel. Also, they are advised to carry heavy woolen clothing with them, because during evenings & nights, the temperature can drop drastically.
MEDICAL EMERGENCIES
Ameera Holidays assumes no responsibility for medical emergencies occurring on the ground for passengers. To safeguard your well-being, we strongly recommend that passengers consult a doctor and undergo a medical check-up before embarking on the journey, especially if they have any pre- existing medical conditions.
CARRIAGE BY AIR ACT, 1972
The carriage is subject to AMEERA HOLIDAYS Services regulations relating to the conditions of Non- International Carriage (Passenger and Baggage) framed in accordance with The Carriage by Air Act, 1972 and Notification regarding application of the carriage which is non-international. The liability of the company for damage sustained in the event of the death or wounding of a passenger or any other bodily injury suffered by passenger or by his registered baggage during the course of carriage by air will be governed by the provisions of sections 4,5,6 and the rules contained in the second Schedule of Carriage by Air Act 1972 with certain exceptions, adaptations, modifications, etc as notified in the Govt. of India, Ministry of Civil Aviation Notification and as amended from time to time.
Ameera Holidays reserves the right to cancel passengers, who are unruly, abusive, intoxicated, sick, mentally unfit or anyone else whom we deem to be unsafe to fly. No refund shall be done to such passenger(s).

PAYMENT TERMS
*Advance booking requires a 50% deposit of the total amount. The remaining balance must be settled 40 days before the scheduled arrival date in Dehradun.
*Passengers are only allowed initiate the tour after completing the full and final payment for the tour. Hotel check-in and flight boarding shall not be allowed in case of non settlement of 100% payment.
The booking amount is non-refundable; however any refund will be settled though credit note only .
CANCELLATION POLICIES :
If passengers cancel their booking prior or after commencement of tour, following cancellation charges will be applicable:

FORCE MAJEURE & BAD WEATHER REFUNDS
BASIS OF REFUND :
- INR 20,000 per sector per person. for each unutilized travel sector (Dham)
- ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Deduction of any additional services provided at any of the Dhams during the tour of the passengers will be deducted over & above the refundable Tour Cost. Refund against any unutilized service will not be calculated separately and added to the refundable amount.
- If flying is not possible due to bad weather at Dehradun, then 12 % will be deducted and balance will be refunded to guest.
- Refunds will be settled in the form of a CREDIT NOTE only.
NATIONAL/STATE EMERGENCY
Nevertheless, passengers experiencing cancellations due to lockdown will receive a Credit Voucher from Ameera Holidays. This voucher, equivalent to the advance payment, remains valid for one year and can be utilized for any of our helicopter tours or charter services. Passengers, as well as their friends or relatives, can redeem the full value of the credit voucher during this period.. FORCE MAJEURE & BAD WEATHER POLICIES
- In the event of flight cancellations or delays due to bad weather, technical issues, or any force majeure reasons beyond the control of Ameera Holidays, the company will not be held liable for the canceled or delayed flights. However, clients will be entitled to a refund in accordance with our refunds policy. It’s important to note that any inconvenience arising from flight cancellations is beyond the operator’s control. No compensation or reimbursement for accommodation, transportation, meals, or any additional travel expenses incurred by passengers will be provided in the event of flight cancellation.
- If the tour departure from Dehradun on Day One is hindered by the aforementioned reasons, the tour will be deemed canceled, and a full refund, minus 12%, will be issued in accordance with our policies.
- Nevertheless, if passengers are open to rescheduling the tour for the next available date, they can initiate a new booking for the same. Our team will present the available options to the passengers.
- The remaining or unused amount from the previous booking can be applied towards the fresh booking. Any additional costs incurred will be the responsibility of the passengers.
- In case the tour departs from Dehradun as per schedule but gets disrupted, while the tour is ongoing, our team will propose the possible revised itinerary within the scheduled package days, but without any extension of days.
- Any extension, proposed by the passengers, in the package will only be considered at an extra cost and subject to operational viability.
- New Chardham passenger(s) scheduled for departure from Dehradun on any respective travel date shall be our top priority, over the back-log passenger(s) of previous days(s).
Additional night halt charges will be payable by the passengers to hotels on direct payment basis, when they get stuck for additional nights due to bad weather/force major reason.
AMEERA HOLIDAYS don’t own any aircraft, it take aircraft on lease/rental/charter basis from different operators and provide services to the clients. Ameera Holidays will not be held for any financial liability in case of flying getting cancelled by operator due to any reason. Since, we are a mediator / bridge between operator and client so any dispute regarding to chardham / dodham helicopter package will be settled between operator and the client directly.
DISPUTES
Any disputes related to the legality, interpretation, application, or performance of the service or its terms and conditions shall be subject to the laws of Delhi Jurisdiction. Initial dispute resolution will occur through arbitration, with the place of arbitration being Delhi.
