Days Itinerary
Hotel – Lemontree / Aketa / Similar
- Dehradun is our main base for the Heli-tours. It is the starting & ending point.
- Ameera Holidays provides a complimentary stay on the date of arrival, with dinner & Breakfast the next morning.
- Passengers are supposed to reach at Dehradun hotel on their own. Please note, arrival details must be provided to Ameera Holidays at the time of booking in case you require airport/ railway station transfers on chargeable basis.
- Passengers should try to reach Dehradun by 02:00 pm, or earlier, so that they are completely ready to start their Dodham journey the next day early morning.
- In the evening, our team will be doing the tour briefing to the passengers, & provide them a complementary duffel bags for carrying only necessary things on the trip – Up to 5 kg/person will be permitted (depending upon the actual bodyweight).

- Passengers are required to reach Sahastradhara Helidrome as per advised time one night prior, and then will arrival at Sersi / Phatta / Guptkashi.
- Passengers will be ferried to Kedarnath from Sersi / Phatta / Guptkashi in helicopter shuttle.
- From Kedarnath helipad, Passengers will have to walk till the temple and will be assisted by our handlers for VIP darshans.
- It takes approximately 02 hours for Dharshans & Helicopter shuttle takes around 7 minutes one way.
- After darshan, passengers will be ferried back to Guptkashi / Sersi / Phatta and will be transferred by road to their hotel in Guptkashi or else night stay at Kedarnath Ji guest house.
- In evening passengers will be taken to Kali Temple by road for local sight seeing (subject to weather and traffic conditions) if staying at Guptkashi.

- Passengers will check-out from Guptkashi hotel and will be transferred to Sersi / Phatta / Guptkashi by Road and then will take a helicopter ride to Badrinath as per the advised time one night prior.
- Passengers will be ferried to Kedarnath from Sersi / Phatta / Guptkashi in helicopter shuttle.
- From Kedarnath helipad, Passengers will have to walk till the temple and will be assisted by our handlers for VIP darshans.

Terms, Conditions & Guidelines
FIXED FLIGHT TIMINGS
This helicopter tour operates with fixed daily departure times for each destination. Passengers are required to adhere to the scheduled Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) for each day of the tour. Failure to do so will result in being marked as a NO-SHOW.
HELICOPTER WEIGHT LIMITATIONS
The helicopter has a maximum weight capacity of 420 kg, excluding baggage weight. Passenger boarding depends on load and temperature conditions, with the pilot’s decision being final. The total weight of all passengers on board must not exceed this limit. Therefore, passengers are requested to provide their exact weights at the time of booking.
PASSENGER WEIGHTS
Passengers are required to accurately provide their weights at the time of booking. In the event of any weight discrepancy discovered during travel that exceeds our aircraft’s weight capacity of 420 kg, affected passenger(s) will be de-boarded and the Heli-tour will be canceled them and without any refund.
OVERWEIGHT CHARGES : ON PER SEAT BASIS ONLY
Excess weight charges for the Chardham helicopter tour are set at INR 2500 per kilogram, applicable to passengers whose weight exceeds 70 kg.
Moreover, if there is any variance in the passengers &; weights, subject to charges based on the overweight criteria, the corresponding amount will be collected at the hotel before the day of flight boarding.
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE
Each passenger is allowed only one piece of baggage, weighing a maximum of 2-5 kgs. Helicopter travel does not permit suitcases or other traditional luggage bags. To address this, our staff provides duffle bags to all passengers upon arrival. The allowance for baggage weight is based on the total body weight of the group. If the combined body weight of the group exceeds the allowable limit of 450 kg, additional charges will apply for transporting the excess luggage by road, and this cost will be shared among all passengers in that chopper.
Due to the constrained weight capacity of our helicopters, we retain the right to rearrange passengers among helicopters to ensure the optimal weight for safe flying in mountainous terrain. Consequently, passengers traveling together may not necessarily be accommodated in the same helicopter flight.
ARRIVAL DATE
Our Dodham Sameday Heli-tours are reserved on specific departure dates. Passengers are required to reach Dehradun one day prior to the departure date. The night stay in Dehradun on the arrival date will be on the cost of the traveler and can be arranged by Ameera Holidays Team on chargeable basis.
SEATING CAPACITY
Our helicopters have a maximum seating capacity of 06 passengers, accompanied by 01 crew member.
INFANT
Infants below 2 years weighing up to 12 kg are accommodated free of charge. To verify the age of the child, we will check the child’s ID proof or birth certificate.
BAD WEATHER AND FORCE MAJEURE DISCLAIMER
Helicopter flights in hilly terrain are contingent upon unpredictable factors such as adverse weather conditions and various Force Majeure events. These include delayed Air Traffic Clearances/Permissions, VVIP movements, valley flying by the Indian Air Force (NOTAM), sudden technical issues in the aircraft, illness of the flying crew, or delayed reporting of

- Hotels & Rooms are subject to sudden change.
- Rooms are booked on double & Triple sharing basis only.
- For a separate single occupancy room, it will be extra chargeable @INR 60,000/person (tax inclusive).
- Hotels at all the Dhams are non-star category. However, we have carefully selected the most comfortable & best rated properties for our Heli-Tours.
BASIS OF REFUND & other:
- TOUR COST: 25% of total tour cost for each unutilized travel sector (Dham), minus INR 35,000 per person toward the flight preparation & ground arrangement charges which is equal to 20,000 per sector per person.
- ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Deduction of any additional services provided at any of the Dhams during the tour of the passengers will be deducted over & above the refundable Tour Cost.
- Refund against any unutilized service will not be calculated separately and added to the refundable amount.
- If flying is not possible due to bad weather at Dehradun, then 12 % will be deducted and balance will be refunded to guest.
- Refunds will be settled in the form of a CREDIT NOTE only.
- Ameera Holidays will not be liable for any accidents; passengers travel at their own risk. Booking is accepted with the understanding that guests fully comprehend the risks involved during the Chardham Yatra (both air and ground). Ameera Holidays will ensure that the aircraft possesses a valid airworthiness certificate and is deemed fit to fly according to DGCA regulations.
- AMEERA HOLIDAYS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF LUGGAGE DURING YATRA, AND NO COMPENSATION WILL BE PROVIDED IN CASE LUGGAGE IS LOST

Any disputes related to the legality, interpretation, application, or performance of the service or its terms and conditions shall be subject to the laws of Delhi Jurisdiction. Initial dispute resolution will occur through arbitration, with the place of arbitration being Delhi.
