Welcome to Ahmedabad! On reaching the city early morning you will head towards Sasan Gir. Upon arrival at Sasan Gir, check-into the pre-booked wildlife resort. Enjoy the scrumptious afternoon meal at the hotel.
Sasan Gir National Park is a wildlife sanctuary that doesn’t require any sort of introduction. It is worldwide popular for being the second habitat of Asiatic Lions after Africa. Besides Asiatic Lions, it is home to various other smaller birds and animals including Panther and the Hyenas, Chital, Chinkara, Nil Gai (blue bull), the Chowsingha (four-horned antelope), the long-tailored Langur, and the bear.
Post breakfast in the morning, go for Gir National Park excursion. After completing half day sightseeing tour of Gir National Park return to the hotel for lunch and after enjoying the afternoon meal go back to the national park and enjoy the Jeep Safari Ride which is organized thrice in a day. Two of them are organized in the morning and the last round is organized in the afternoon. Located in the semi-arid western region of India, Gir National Park is deciduous and dry and its topography is composed of isolated hills, valleys, rugged ridges, deep ravines, plateaus, and is adorned with huge patches of grasslands. One can also spot approx.40 species of mammals and reptiles and also an exotic variety of birds which numbers up to 250.

While moving towards Ahmedabad, do not forget to visit Uperkot Fort which was constructed along with the era back by Chandra Gupta.
